Pantry Challenge for dinner

Hmmm, what to make for dinner?  I read somewhere here in bloggyland that January is Pantry Challenge month and it's been fun to peruse and see the clever things that people come up with to make using only the ingredients they have at home... no cheating making a run to the store.  Although for many of you experiencing such a record snowfall this year, it's probably not possible most days.

I thought I would share with you where I get some of my ideas.

Betty Crocker

has a feature on their main page, towards the bottom right, where you can choose 3 items you already have in the "pantry" and it will quickly search recipes using those ingredients!  It's pretty fun!
